Terms of delivery
Once your order has been processed, delivery takes an average of 2 to 7 working days. This time may be extended by a few days during the holiday season and depending on carrier saturation.
However, it is advisable to place your order in advance. If necessary, we will dispatch it later so that you receive it when you want it.
Please note that this time may be different in the event of delivery difficulties or localities delivered by us (e.g. Aube, Paris region, Lyon region, etc.).
Method of payment
Your champagne will be dispatched on receipt of your payment.
Due to a number of attempted scams, we regret that we are unable to accept payment by cheque or bank card for first-time orders.
